Design Challenges & Goals
This elegant high-rise residence offered incredible ocean views but the interiors were muted by “mashed-potato” cream and white tones that flattened the space.
Our goal was to introduce soft coastal hues, sophisticated textures, and modern furnishings that highlight the sweeping Gulf views from every main living area. By enhancing natural light, strengthening visual flow in the open-concept layout, and warming up the palette, we transformed this Bay Colony condo into a bright, inviting coastal retreat aligned with the luxury lifestyle of Pelican Bay.
