A: Yes!  And remove all evidence of any pets.  That means no food bowls, toys, cages, beds, etc.  We even remove pet-themed art because that tells buyers that you probably have pets that they can’t see.  Many buyers do not want to live in a home where pets have been, so this is the smartest course of action.
