Our Process

Staging a Furnished Home

A furnished home staging begins with a consultation. We visit the home and determine what is needed to make the home show at its best. We prepare a detailed written report of our recommendations and a quote for any changes we recommend. A typically furnished home staging involves rearranging, decluttering, and pre-packing some furnishings. We may also suggest repainting some areas, updating light fixtures, or replacing some furnishings with items from our inventory.

Once the report is prepared, we meet with the sellers to plan the staging. Sellers are welcome to do as much or as little of the staging as they wish, and we are happy to do the rest. Our team of professionals can provide any services needed to make your home look its best.

What does it cost to have a furnished home staged?

Furnished home consultations cost between $300 and $1,500, depending on the size of the home. Furnished home stagings vary greatly. For a project where we are simply rearranging and editing a client’s furnishings, the cost ranges from $500 to $2,500. If we are adding items from our inventory, the cost is higher.

How long does it take to have a furnished home staged?

Most furnished home stagings take one or two days to complete.
