A: Virtual staging, just like real staging, will get you more showings from the online photos. What it will not do is cause a buyer to fall in love with your home. It will not showcase your home’s best features or minimize any less-desirable ones. Because ninety percent of buyers cannot imagine a home any differently than how it is shown to them, virtual staging fails when they walk in the front door. They cannot visualize how the home will look with furniture and the opportunity to cause an emotional reaction in the buyer is lost.
