Q: Where do you get your furniture for staging and what quality is it? We looked at rental furniture before and were not impressed.

A: We experienced the same thing when we began staging homes 14 years ago. The furniture available for rental in our area was low quality, stained, and too small for most of the homes we stage. As a result, we established our own inventory of brand-new furniture of a quality suitable for the high-end homes we stage. We never stage with used furniture, so you don’t have to worry about how it will look (or smell) in your home. Our furniture is only used to stage other fine homes.
