Staging investment varies based on the scope of the project and the furnishings required to properly present the home. For vacant properties, pricing is determined by the rooms staged and the pieces selected to support scale, flow, and buyer appeal.
Our vacant home staging includes an initial fee that covers delivery, professional installation, removal, and up to three months of furnishings rental. Additional rental periods are available at 15% of the initial staging fee per month.
Historically, vacant home staging projects have ranged from $2,500 to $55,000, with the average investment around $15,000, depending on the size of the home and level of presentation required.
All furnishings used in our staging projects are new and never previously used, ensuring a polished, high-end presentation. If a client falls in love with a piece, furnishings are also available for purchase, allowing buyers or sellers to seamlessly extend the look beyond the sale.
