A: We stage both. Many sellers continue living in their homes during the listing process, and that’s perfectly fine. In an occupied home, our designers work with your existing pieces, then bring in key accessories, art, or furniture replacements to modernize the look and improve flow.

This approach, often called “occupied staging” or “show-ready styling,” is ideal when you want your home to photograph beautifully without moving out. It’s a smart way to make the most of what you already have while still appealing to today’s buyers.
